VISEFF ("we", "us") is a photo editing app with on-device tools and AI visual effects. This policy explains what information the app uses, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
01Editing That Stays on Your Device
Crop, Remove BG, AI Erase and FX (Glitch, Motion Speed, VHS, Color Pop) run entirely on your device. The photos you edit with these tools are never uploaded. (On Android, background removal uses Google ML Kit, which also runs on your device.)
02Information You Send When You Use AI Effects
AI Effects only works by sending content to our server, which passes it to an AI service to produce the result:
- AI Effects — The photo you chose (as currently edited) and the effect you picked. For some effects, an outline of the main subject generated on your device may be included.
Together with each request we send basic technical information: app version, device model, OS version, language and region, platform, whether you are a Premium subscriber, and an app-specific device identifier used to apply daily limits. We do not ask for your name, email address or account.
03Who Processes It
- OpenAI — Generates the AI effect images. Content sent through OpenAI's API is not used to train OpenAI's models by default, and is handled under OpenAI's API data policies.
- Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Cloud Storage, United States) — Runs our server and stores the records described in section 4.
- Google AdMob — Shows ads to non-Premium users. AdMob may collect device and advertising information as described in Google's privacy policy. The app does not ask for tracking permission and does not track you across other companies' apps.
- Apple / Google Play — Handle subscriptions and payments. We never see your payment details.
04What We Keep on Our Server, and for How Long
To operate the service, prevent abuse and improve quality, our server stores, for each AI Effects request: the photo you uploaded, the generated image, and the technical information listed in section 2. These records are kept in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible, are reviewed only by us (for example, checking that effects are generated correctly), and are deleted after 90 days.
05Your Choices
- Use only the on-device tools — they work without sending anything.
- To ask us to delete server records sooner, email us with the approximate date and time of your requests; because we don't have accounts, we locate records by date and device identifier.
06Children
VISEFF is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
07Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.

VISEFF（「我們」）是一款結合裝置端工具與 AI 視覺特效的修圖 App。本政策說明 App 會使用哪些資訊、用途、與誰分享，以及您的選擇。
01留在您裝置上的編輯
裁切、去背（Remove BG）、AI 消除（AI Erase）與 FX（Glitch、Motion Speed、VHS、Color Pop）完全在您的裝置上執行，用這些工具編輯的照片不會上傳。（Android 版的去背使用 Google ML Kit，同樣在裝置上執行。）
02使用 AI 特效時送出的資訊
AI 特效（AI Effects）必須把內容送到我們的伺服器，再由伺服器交給 AI 服務產生結果：
- AI 特效：您選擇的照片（目前編輯後的樣子）與選擇的特效。部分特效可能會附上在您裝置上產生的主體輪廓。
每次請求會一併送出基本技術資訊：App 版本、裝置型號、作業系統版本、語言與地區、平台、是否為 Premium 訂閱者，以及用來計算每日次數的 App 專屬裝置識別碼。我們不會要求您提供姓名、電子郵件或帳號。
03處理資料的對象
- OpenAI：產生 AI 特效圖片。透過 OpenAI API 送出的內容預設不會被用來訓練 OpenAI 的模型，並依 OpenAI 的 API 資料政策處理。
- Google Cloud（Cloud Run 與 Cloud Storage，美國）：執行我們的伺服器，並保存第 04 節所述的紀錄。
- Google AdMob：對非 Premium 使用者顯示廣告。AdMob 可能依 Google 隱私權政策收集裝置與廣告資訊。App 不會請求追蹤權限，也不會跨其他公司的 App 追蹤您。
- Apple／Google Play：處理訂閱與付款，我們看不到您的付款資訊。
04伺服器保存的內容與期限
為了提供服務、防止濫用與改善品質，每次 AI 特效請求，我們的伺服器會保存：您上傳的照片、產生的圖片，以及第 02 節列出的技術資訊。這些紀錄存放在不公開的私有儲存空間，只有我們會查看（例如確認特效是否正確產生），並於 90 天後刪除。
05您的選擇
- 只使用裝置端工具——不會送出任何內容。
- 若希望提早刪除伺服器上的紀錄，請寄信告訴我們請求的大約日期與時間；因為沒有帳號，我們以日期與裝置識別碼找出紀錄。
06兒童
VISEFF 並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，我們不會刻意收集兒童的資訊。若您認為有兒童送出了資訊，請與我們聯絡，我們會刪除。
07政策變更
做法改變時我們會更新本頁，並在頁首標示新的日期。
