These terms govern your use of Mochi Timer, published by CatVerse Lab ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
01The App
Mochi Timer is a visual timer. It is provided for everyday use and is not a safety device, medical device or professional tool. Do not rely on it where a missed or late alarm could cause harm, for example for medication, cooking that must not be left unattended, or any time‑critical safety task. Alarms depend on your device's settings, battery optimisation and notification permissions, which are outside our control.
02Free Version, Pro and Payments
The free version includes advertising and some limits. Mochi Timer Pro removes ads and unlocks additional features and is available as an auto‑renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one‑time lifetime purchase, sold through Apple's App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Prices may vary by country and may change; changes apply from the next renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Purchases are tied to your store account and can be restored on devices signed in with that account.
03Acceptable Use
You may use the app for personal, educational and classroom purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, circumvent purchases or ads, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
04Intellectual Property
The app, its design, sounds and content are owned by CatVerse Lab or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. "Mochi Timer" and the CatVerse Lab name are our marks. Third‑party names mentioned in store listings belong to their respective owners.
05Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that alarms will always sound or that the app will be error‑free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatVerse Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
06Changes and Termination
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date. We may stop providing the app or any feature at any time; active subscriptions remain valid until the end of the paid period.
07Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country provides otherwise.

02免費版、Pro 與付款
免費版含廣告與部分限制。Mochi Timer Pro 移除廣告並解鎖更多功能，以自動續訂的訂閱（月或年）或一次性終身買斷的方式，透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 銷售。
訂閱會自動續訂，除非在目前週期結束前至少 24 小時取消。費用向您的 App Store 或 Google Play 帳號收取。您可以在商店帳號設定中管理或取消訂閱；刪除 App 不會取消訂閱。免費試用若未在試用結束前取消，會轉為付費訂閱。
價格可能因國家而異並可能調整，調整自下一次續訂起生效。退款由 Apple 或 Google 依其政策處理。購買綁定您的商店帳號，可在登入同一帳號的裝置上還原。
03合理使用
您可以將本 App 用於個人、教育與教室用途。不得反向工程、轉售或再散布本 App、規避購買或廣告，或以違反適用法律的方式使用。
04智慧財產權
本 App 及其設計、音效與內容屬 CatVerse Lab 或其授權人所有，受著作權與商標法保護。「Mochi Timer」與 CatVerse Lab 名稱為我們的標誌。商店頁面提及的第三方名稱屬各自所有人。
05免責聲明與責任限制
在法律允許的範圍內，本 App 以「現狀」及「可用」方式提供，不附任何形式的保證。我們不保證鬧鈴一定會響或 App 不會有錯誤。在法律允許的最大範圍內，CatVerse Lab 不對任何間接、附帶或衍生性損害負責，且我們對任何請求的總責任以您在該請求前 12 個月內為本 App 支付的金額為限。
06變更與終止
我們可能更新本 App 與本條款，重大變更會在本頁以新日期標示。我們可能隨時停止提供本 App 或任何功能；已付費的訂閱在該週期結束前仍然有效。
07準據法
本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法，不適用法律衝突規則；但您所在國家的強制性消費者保護法另有規定者，從其規定。
