Mochi Timer ("we", "us") is a visual timer app for focus, cooking, classrooms and family routines. It has no account system and no server of its own. This policy explains what information the app uses, why, who processes it, and the choices you have.
01What Stays on Your Device
Your timers, presets, routines, names you type and all settings are stored only on your device. We never upload them. Deleting the app deletes them.
The app works offline. It does not ask for your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.
02Notifications and Alarms
To ring when a timer ends while the app is in the background, Mochi Timer schedules local notifications on your device. On Android it uses the exact-alarm permission that the system grants to alarm and timer apps. Nothing about your timers leaves the device for this to work.
03Advertising (Free Version)
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier, IP address (from which an approximate location can be inferred), device information and ad interactions to serve and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some US states we ask for your consent through Google's consent form; without consent only non‑personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Ad privacy options, or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.
Subscribers and lifetime purchasers see no ads, and the ad SDK is not initialised for them.
04Analytics and Crash Reports
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used (for example how often timers are started or completed, which screens are opened) and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports. These services collect an app‑instance identifier, device and OS information and the events described above. We do not send the names you type or your exact timer durations. This data is not linked to your identity.
Analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months and then deleted.
05Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are sold and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details. The app only stores whether your purchase is active so it can unlock Pro features, and verifies this with the store.
06Who Processes Data
Google LLC (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) and Apple Inc. or Google LLC (purchases). Each acts under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else.
07Children
Mochi Timer is a general‑audience tool for adults such as parents and teachers. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
08Your Choices and Rights
You can opt out of personalised ads in the app's Settings or your device settings, turn off notifications at any time, and remove all local data by deleting the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete data held about you; because we keep no account data, requests are forwarded to the processors above. Email us and we will help.
09Changes
When our practices change we will update this page and the date at the top.

01留在您裝置上的資料
您的計時器、預設、作息流程、輸入的名稱與所有設定都只存在您的裝置上，我們不會上傳。刪除 App 就會一併刪除。
App 可以離線使用，不會要求聯絡人、照片、相機、麥克風或精確位置。
02通知與鬧鐘
為了在 App 位於背景時也能在時間到的那一刻響鈴，Mochi Timer 會在您的裝置上排程本機通知。Android 上會使用系統授與鬧鐘／計時器類 App 的精準鬧鐘權限。這個過程不會把任何計時資料送出裝置。
03廣告（免費版）
免費版顯示由 Google AdMob 提供的廣告。AdMob 可能使用您裝置的廣告識別碼、IP 位址（可推得大概位置）、裝置資訊與廣告互動來投放和衡量廣告。在歐洲經濟區、英國與部分美國州別，我們會透過 Google 的同意表單徵求您的同意；未同意時只顯示非個人化廣告。您隨時可以在「設定 › 廣告隱私選項」更改選擇，或在裝置設定重設廣告識別碼。
訂閱者與終身買斷的使用者不會看到廣告，廣告 SDK 也不會初始化。
04分析與當機回報
我們使用 Google Firebase Analytics 了解 App 的使用情形（例如計時開始與完成的次數、開啟了哪些畫面），並使用 Firebase Crashlytics 接收當機回報。這些服務會收集 App 實例識別碼、裝置與作業系統資訊，以及上述事件。我們不會送出您輸入的名稱或精確的計時長度，資料也不會連結到您的身分。
分析資料由 Google 保存最多 14 個月後刪除。
05購買
訂閱與終身解鎖由 Apple（App Store）或 Google（Google Play）銷售與處理，我們不會接觸您的付款資料。App 只會記錄購買是否有效以解鎖 Pro 功能，並向商店確認。
06處理資料的對象
Google LLC（AdMob、Firebase Analytics、Firebase Crashlytics）與 Apple Inc. 或 Google LLC（購買）。各自依其隱私權政策處理。我們不會出售您的資料，也不會分享給其他任何人。
07兒童
Mochi Timer 是給家長、老師等成人使用的一般用途工具，並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們也不會刻意收集兒童的個人資訊。若您認為有兒童向我們提供了個人資訊，請與我們聯絡，我們會刪除。
08您的選擇與權利
您可以在 App 的設定或裝置設定中關閉個人化廣告、隨時關閉通知，並以刪除 App 的方式移除全部本機資料。依您所在地區的法律，您可能有權存取或刪除與您有關的資料；因為我們不保存任何帳號資料，相關請求會轉交給上述處理者。來信給我們，我們會協助處理。
